Welcome to the Game Room at Smoky Mountain Tower!

When we bought Smoky Mountain Tower, we found it had a sound studio tucked down behind the garage. We never could figure out how to use it as a sound studio. But on one of our family visits, we sent our grandsons down to play in the room. They told us we should put some games there.

So that’s what we’ve done. When you come in the front door and turn right, you’ll go down a short hall and a few steps to our new Game Room.

We’re starting off with a combination foosball and air hockey table, plus a great hoops game.

The air hockey game is really clever, because the “air” is in the puck. And because the puck is rechargeable, you don’t have to worry about changing batteries.

In the above picture, you can see the foosball part of the table. All you have to do is have two adults pick it up and place it on top of the air hockey board - and you’re all ready to go.

The Hoops game is actually four games in one. You can take turns shooting at two different sized baskets. Scoring is done automatically, and the game even talks to you!

Adults and children will have lots of fun playing these games. But there’s more. In the hallway just outside the Game Room, we’ve put in a talking Dart Board. There are all kinds of possibilities with this board for both adults and children. And you don’t have to worry about getting hurt, because the board uses “soft-tip” darts.
