Here’s the simple step-by-step process for making your reservation at Smoky Mountain Tower:

1.  Start by checking your dates to see if they’re available.  Click the ‘Availability‘ button on the left side.

 

2.  This opens a new page on our reservation site, IVacationOnLine.  Scroll through the calendar, clicking ‘next’ at the top of the calendar to go to the next month.  Dates in green are available.  Put your mouse over the date to see the rate (it will show up in the box at the bottom of the page).

 

3.  Either click on your arrival and departure dates, or enter them in the blue box to the right of the calendar.  Then click ‘Review & Book.’

 

4.  A new page will open, showing your total cost on the right side of the page.  Go to ‘Enter Your Information’ and enter all the required information.  Click the 3 ‘Terms and Conditions’ boxes (this is how you ‘sign’ the contract).  Then click the blue box that says ‘Click Here to Book Online Now.’

 

5.  This takes you to a new page where you enter your credit card information (see below for details).  Then click ‘Send Payment Now.’

 

You will immediately receive a credit card receipt from Authorize.net, as well as a reservation confirmation from IVacationOnLine.  Please note that, when you make a reservation for arrival more than 30 days away, we only charge you a reservation deposit of $150.00.  The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.   Please see our ‘Policies‘ section about ‘Payment of Any Fees’ for information on how this all works.

We will send you back a reservation acceptance email that lists all the emails you will receive from us.  If you have booked more than 30 days in advance, we’ll send you a reminder when your final payment is due.  Then, after your final payment clears and about 3 weeks before your arrival date, you will receive an email with complete directions, instructions for opening the key box to get the front door key, and other valuable information.
