Additional Charges:
  • -Registration fees — none
  • -Cleaning fees — none
  • -Deposit — $150 or one night rental and tax, whichever is lower.
    Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks. Official/cashiers bank checks or money orders require full payment at time of reservation, plus $300.00 security deposit. See Policies for more information.
  • -Cancellation fee — $25.00. See Rental Policies for information about our liberal rebooking plan.

Rates do not include taxes. We must add 9.75% sales tax and 3% lodging tax to your total bill (total of 12.75% tax).

We prorate reservations that overlap two different seasons between the two rates.

We cannot accept reservations for arrivals on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
