We offer three seasonal rates, as follows:

- -Deposit — $150.00. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks. Official/cashiers bank checks or money orders require full payment at time of reservation, plus $500.00 security deposit. See Policies for more information. - -Cancellation fee — $25.00. See Rental Policies for information about our liberal rebooking plan.
Rates do not include taxes. We must add 9.75% sales tax and 3% lodging tax to your total bill (total of 12.75% tax).
We prorate reservations that overlap two different seasons between the two rates.
We cannot accept reservations for arrivals on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
